Shipping and Delivery
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed and payment is received. The manufacturer and EMS/E-packet postal services process the orders, which takes an additional 1-3 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Inside the US, after processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery to a US address, and up to 40 business days for delivery to a non-US address.
Order Cancellations
Please note that once an order is processed, a notification is immediately sent to our production team. For these reasons, we unfortunately cannot cancel any orders once they are processed.
