Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that show signs of use, installation, wear, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

All returns must be approved in advance by our support team. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are custom-made to order.

The following items are subject to a 50% restocking fee:

  • Interior kits
  • Exterior parts
  • Custom steering wheels

This fee covers production, handling, and customization costs.

Order Cancellations

  • Interior kit orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee once placed
  • Steering wheel orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, as they are built specifically for each customer

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at: support@dynaperformance.com

Once approved:

  • You will receive return instructions and the correct return address
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking fees will be deducted where applicable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing delays may occur)
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you believe your item is defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or videos for verification

We will arrange a replacement if the issue is confirmed.
